Mondays 6-7 pm (outside only, so weather permitting)
Mondays 6-7 pm Beginner Cardio* (outside only, so weather permitting)
Wednesdays 6-7 pm
Thursdays 7-8:30 pm
Fridays 5:30-6:30 pm

*Beginner cardio is designed for those that are comfortable rallying, but not yet playing leagues or serious matches and are looking to get involved in cardio classes. Perfect for those who are a little intimidated by the full cardio, but still want to get out there and hit some balls and move around.
